About the Role
At Northwestern Mutual, we're reimagining how post-approval and policy servicing capabilities support the future of the Risk Product and Service experience. As we continue to modernize our technology ecosystem, the Post Approval domain plays a critical role in supporting the application, underwriting and issue value chain through a portfolio of foundational business capabilities and legacy components.
As a Technical Business Analyst III supporting the Post Approval domain, you will help drive the discovery, planning, and delivery of initiatives that advance NM's modernization strategy while ensuring the stability, compliance and effectiveness of critical business operations. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers and subject matter experts to analyze complex business processes, define requirements, improve delivery readiness, and support strategic roadmap execution.
