Physical Demands:
Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug and alcohol testing.
Minimal ladder climbing, stair climbing, twisting, stretching, collating/filing and using a keyboard up to 10%.
Occasional squatting, walking and writing between 11% and 33%.
Frequent crouching, kneeling, reaching, and dialing between 33% and 66%.
Constant bending, lifting up to 40lbs, pushing, pulling, handling, holding, grasping, turning with hands, fingering including picking pinching and fine manipulation, sitting, standing, driving, seeing, hearing and speaking greater than 66%.
Work Environment:
Regular field work in outdoor conditions.
- Onsite at customer field operations
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times as required
- May be exposed to hazards including chemical, electric shock, fluids, and waste materials
- Working with moving mechanical parts and power tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety, proper hand and power tool use, and other motorized material movement equipment
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
- High mechanical aptitude
- High accuracy in data entry
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and various levels of management.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a high level of persistency in meeting delivery schedules
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to travel daily away from the shop daily.
- Speak, read, and write English fluently
- Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements
- Predictably and regularly attend work and be punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Vocational/Technical training or certification, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience performing moderately complex installations independently and or in teams.
- 5 years of experience in strong customer service relations, including the ability to explain and train.
