The District Representative role is responsible for supporting sales and account management activities within an assigned territory based in Western Colorado. This role will work as part of a broader team out of Grand Junction, CO or Rifle, CO , and will report to an Account Manager. In this position, you will collaborate closely with customers to understand operational needs, recommend continuous improvements, and help maintain and grow existing business. This role will spend over half the time in the Field.
You will provide technical support by troubleshooting issues, analyzing system performance data, and delivering written recommendations to optimize customer operations. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders while supporting sales efforts and identifying new business opportunities. You will also assist with sample collection and basic laboratory analysis while working alongside a Sales Representative, Sales Technician, and Operational Specialist.
