Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the sanitation team and all activities involved in maintaining the cleanliness and food safe environment of the facility and processing equipment on a daily basis or as scheduled. This position oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of continually improving the sanitation food safety programs. Including revising the Master Sanitation Schedule, work instructions, training documentation and compliance audits.
