About The Opportunity
The Assembly/Operator Associate is responsible for assembling reusable and recyclable packaging interiors (dunnage) using a variety of hand tools and equipment. This role supports production goals by ensuring all products meet safety, quality, and delivery standards. Assemblies may include plastic corrugate and/or foam components and require attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility across multiple work cells.
