Target Range:
$165,000.00 /Yr. - $185,000.00 /Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 15%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 15%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Axos was born digital, providing consumer banking services without any brick-and-mortar locations and has continued evolving since. The Axos consumer product team drives the vision and roadmap for this evolution and is adding an FVP, Product Management - Borrow (Mortgages, Lines of Credit, Unsecured, etc.) to the team.
This individual will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Borrow experience roadmap (Loan management, Payments, Notifications, Cross-Sell, etc.) within the Axos digital ecosystem. In this senior role, this individual will be expected to define and execute upon a product vision that delivers products and services that our customers love while serving our business. This individual will be responsible for achieving product-market fit and will be accountable for all OKR in their product area.
