Senior Imaging Specialist (Team Lead using Gems)
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Imaging Team Lead to join our Imaging Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a production team and ensuring high-quality, efficient digital conversion of client records. You will act as the first-line resource for the team, maintaining compliance and driving daily production targets.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- In this role, you will: Lead and guide a team of Imaging Specialists, acting as a resource for questions and assisting with on-the-job training for new hires to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Manage and execute daily production workflow, overseeing the sorting, prepping, and scanning of hard copy records to ensure a quality digital image and meet established production rates.
- Ensure compliance with all Imaging Center guidelines, internal production procedures, and document tracking/security requirements.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
- The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume production, document management, or administrative environment, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity.
