Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated DZ Delivery Driver to join our Transportation and Logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport and deliver customer orders to remote locations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• In this role, you will: Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company DZ vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
• Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• The ideal candidate will have: Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid DZ driving license and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Route Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of route transportation experience
• Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
• A reliable, trustworthy work ethic and the ability to work independently.

What We Offer ( Benefits):

Compensation : $30.00 per hour, plus a $1,500.00 retention bonus after 3 months of employment.

Location & Travel : Remote locations East and West of Thunder Bay, requiring 2 to 4 nights out per week with all travel expenses and accommodations fully covered by the company.

Time Off : 2 weeks of paid vacation, plus sick pay and paid holidays.

Reasonably expected salary range: $53,300.00 - $66,600.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
