The People function at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing to join our team.
The Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing serves as a strategic lead responsible for helping shape and drive the Company's Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy, ensuring programs remain competitive, financially sustainable, operationally effective, and aligned with the Company's Total Rewards philosophy.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations, this role partners closely with Finance, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, Communications, brokers, consultants, and external vendors to continuously evolve our benefits portfolio while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
While this position maintains a strong understanding of benefits administration and provides strategic oversight of day-to-day operations, its primary focus is to lead and advance plan design, financial strategy, governance, market competitiveness, vendor management, and continuous improvement across the Company's benefits programs.
