Experience
5–7 years of experience in retail Construction Facilities & Maintenance.
Experienced in the luxury or specialty retail store development industry.
Experienced in vendor management and the facilitation of diverse teams of internal and external partners.
Experience in reviewing vendor invoices, contracts, and bids.
Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
Skills
Tenured in managing multiple open items at once.
Organized person with strong attention to detail.
An excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills — always available by phone and email.
Availability on weekends as needed.
Proficient in GSuite, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Procore.
