The Field Service Representative I is responsible for performing basic equipment installation and assisting with routine inspections and testing under supervision. They learn to identify simple issues and carry out standard repairs or adjustments, gradually building confidence in troubleshooting techniques.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or GED and successful completion of ICIAN FSR training
Experience : Specialized Technical Training . Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft and strong capability with general computer software tools required.
