The Field Service Engineer provides onsite new product start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting services. They create and manage a project plan to prepare the site for product installation such as, but not limited to, facility modifications, and IT networking.
In addition, the Field Service Engineer will work with IT departments at customer sites for proper equipment networking, providing technical support in product service, product training and applications, along with consults with product support and other engineering personnel to determine solutions to complex problems in system operation. They implement modifications by providing software updates, installation and testing support.
