Position Purpose:
The Sr. Data Analyst-Labor, will be responsible for forecasting daily activity at US stores for multiple departments, leveraging technical experience and abilities to analyze complex datasets to uncover operational insights, predict future outcomes and provide recommended actions. This role will create data visualizations to summarize analytical findings into easily understood outputs to drive business decisions. This role collaborates with other analysts to support analytically-driven decisions across the Store Operations Labor
Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% - Improve Labor and related business decisions that drive productivity in US Retail Stores - Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of analytical tools, technology and business solutions that improve Labor and business decisions that drive productivity in stores. Coordinate the design and development of dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of labor clients and business leaders. Identify new and different ways of providing business insight with enhanced technical capabilities. Provide business insight with enhanced technical capabilities, finding innovative ways to be proactive with industry trends and the needs of the Labor Team.
