Position Purpose:
The Sr Analyst – On-Shelf Availability & In-Aisle Selling in Store Operations plays a key role in driving strategy specific to product availability and customer engagement within our stores. This position is responsible for working with merchandising upstream and stores downstream to identify opportunities and implement solutions which drive on-shelf availability, customer engagement, and in-aisle selling behaviors.
They must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to leading strategic projects, effectively communicating with teams and other leaders across the organization, as well as identifying trends within our business and across the retail industry. A successful Sr Analyst will possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and communication.
