Position Purpose:
Lead and evolve the organization's learning, change management, and operational readiness strategies to support business transformation, process improvement, and associate development. This role is responsible for leading a team of training professionals while partnering across the business to design and deliver effective learning programs, communications, change management plans, and adoption strategies that drive successful implementation of new processes, technologies, and initiatives.
The Manager, Operations Process serves as a key partner in identifying operational improvement opportunities, supporting pilot programs, and ensuring associates are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to achieve business objectives. This leader combines expertise in adult learning principles, organizational change management, project leadership, and process improvement to deliver scalable solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
