Position Purpose:
With more than 2,200 stores across North America and a Top 5 U.S. e-commerce business, The Home Depot is the driving force of interconnected retail. We are focused on creating the best customer experiences possible, and we need great people to make that happen. The Sr. Analyst, Advertising Operations will support and optimize The Home Depot's retail media business, with a primary focus on In-Store Network and Influencer advertising programs.
This role serves as a key operational partner responsible for managing campaign execution, driving process excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of supplier advertising initiatives across offline and omnichannel media offerings.
The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with Sales, Media Strategy, Creative, Product, Analytics, Finance, and external partners to support campaign planning, fulfillment, quality assurance, and performance reporting. This position will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the experience for both internal stakeholders and advertising partners while helping scale high-growth retail media products.
