Position Purpose:
As a Senior Operations Business Analyst in HDES, you will have a material impact on field and support operations with large scale, visible outcomes. Your goal is to understand and quantify drivers that map to the activities our associates perform to support our stores and supply chain facilities. How do we engineer a process to support the unique and many different maintenance needs of our stores? What processes does this team execute regularly that require streamlining and optimizing?
These are the types of questions you’ll be helping to answer through a combination of in-person studies and data analysis. This role will also see you partnering closely with a variety of cross-functional teams and help you gain the exposure needed to build a successful career at the Home Depot .
