Position Purpose:
The Visual Merchandising Manager, Operations & Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for supporting area specific strategic visual initiatives that inform, promote, and enhance the customer experience throughout the store. This role requires development and maintenance of strong cross functional, internal and external partnerships to drive an integrated in-store experience on behalf of the brand, the customer and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- 25% Act as a subject matter expert to drive all components of a visual strategy including development of project plans in partnership with a variety of cross functional partners at the SSC, field, and agency/vendors
- 20% End to end project management, tracking, and report outs including site visits and audits
