Position Purpose:
Operations Business Senior Manager is responsible for leading large, cross-functional initiatives that deliver value to The Home Depot through improvements in operational processes, workforce effectiveness, business performance, and scalable growth. This role leverages strategic thinking and a broad enterprise perspective to identify complex business challenges, assess their operational and organizational impacts, break problems into actionable components, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
The Senior Manager partners with stakeholders across multiple functions to define project scope, establish governance, communicate priorities, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
