Position Purpose:
The Manager, Creative Operations leads a highly skilled team responsible for organizing, coordinating, and driving creative production from intake through delivery. The role manages workflows, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality, on-time execution across assigned channels and audiences. The Manager oversees the full creative development process—including planning, intake, production, and delivery—while aligning priorities with business objectives and ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
Managers ensure creative outputs meet briefs and are delivered on budget. Role consults with stakeholders across production, marketing, creative, agency partners, media and others when appropriate to develop solutions to project and campaign objectives.
This Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and productivity of the creative team. Through process governance and continuous optimization, the Manager, Creative Operations enhances the team's ability to scale effectively, meet strategic objectives, and support the brand's vision.
