Position Purpose:
The Sr. Operations Business Analyst - Safety Support will be responsible for supporting daily safety operations and supporting projects and initiatives that enhance safety performance across The Home Depot. They must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative and qualitative skills.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting day-to-day safety processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, leading cross-functional initiatives, reviewing and understanding operational and safety data, and effectively communicating insights to teams and leaders. A successful Sr. Operations Business Analyst will possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and communication while helping drive a culture of safety and supporting field teams across the business.
