Position Purpose:
The Manager of Finance will be expected to provide strategic financial leadership, direction, and cross-functional analysis to drive business growth & and create shareholder value. Leading a team of Senior Analysts across Revenue, Merchandising, and Operations, this role serves as a key thought partner to Senior Management while managing the financial planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis/Problem Solving - Works to fully understand business; identify and implement process and organizational improvements. Plans and ensures execution of department objectives. Participates in preparation of the annual budget, reviews monthly expenditures and ensures that budgetary goals are met. Reviews monthly metrics to ensure goals are met.
