Position Purpose:
In this position, the Manager of Pricing & Merchandising Analytics will be expected to provide strategic leadership, direction, and analytical guidance to cross-functional merchandising and operational teams across THD, SRS, GMS and Heritage.
As a key partner to Pro Acceleration and Merchandising leadership, this role will play a critical part in governing channel pricing architecture, optimizing enterprise margins, and driving data-backed strategies across retail and distribution to achieve key business goals and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing & Margin Governance: Establish multi-tier enterprise pricing ladders, develop enterprise margin dashboards to eliminate profit leakage, and model price elasticity across promotions and bulk discounts.
