Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst – Scheduling Optimization is responsible for helping to make scheduling and labor management simpler and more effective for our stores. Partnering closely with the stores, Analytics, and HR, this Sr. Analyst will work to create solutions and training that will help improve scheduling / labor management today and partner with leadership to ideate on solutions that could help in the future.
This role will also help to deploy various scheduling pilots in stores, writing the deployment guides and monitoring the results of those efforts.
A successful sr. analyst is self-motivated and curious, demonstrates strong store and analytical skills, and communicates effectively across various stakeholders, including our stores
