Position Purpose:
The Manager, Online Promotions & Events is responsible for setting the strategic direction and business vision for The Home Depot's online promotional programs, including Daily Deals, Special Buy of the Week (SBOTW), Tier 1 Events, and Tier 2 Events. This role partners across Merchandising, Pricing, Promo Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to align priorities, influence promotional strategies, support execution readiness, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver meaningful business results.
Through strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and team development, this leader drives promotional growth, customer engagement, and continuous improvement across the online promotional portfolio.
