Position Purpose:
The On Camera Talent manages execution of in-store studio content by owning production planning, coordination and delivery within a retail environment. This role is responsible for producing product-focused short-form content and serving as on-camera talent to communicate product features, benefits, and usage in a clear and engaging way .
The role partners with merchandising, store associates, creative, post-production, social, project management and other marketing teams to ensure content is prioritized, scheduled, and delivered on time and on budget. This role requires a highly organized, self-directed associate who takes ownership of execution, collaborates effectively across teams, and performs confidently on-camera in a fast-paced environment.
