Position Purpose:
The Director, Operations Strategy serves as an internal consultant and strategic leader responsible for identifying, developing, and advancing high-impact initiatives that improve store operations, accelerate productivity, and support enterprise priorities.
This role partners closely with Store Operations leadership, Product Management, Technology, Data & Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to shape strategy, influence product roadmaps, and drive the adoption of technology-enabled solutions that create value for associates and customers.
The Director leads complex and ambiguous business challenges from problem definition through implementation, translating operational needs into scalable process, product, and technology solutions. They play a key role in evaluating emerging technologies, developing AI-driven strategies and use cases, and ensuring operational priorities are effectively represented in enterprise technology investments.
