Position Purpose:
The Product Management Manager, Product COE is responsible for leading and developing a team of product managers who define and deliver the tools, workflows, and platform capabilities that shape how Home Depot's engineering organization builds software.
Reporting into the Product Center of Excellence and partnering closely with Engineering & UX leadership, this leader ensures their team's product strategy is grounded in a deep understanding of Product, UX, and Engineer needs — from developer tooling and platform experience to workflow efficiency and technical enablement.
This role owns talent development for their product managers, sets the bar for product craft and stakeholder engagement, and acts as the connective tissue between the Product COE's standards and the specific priorities of the Engineering Experience portfolio. Success in this role means a PM team that is technically fluent, outcome-driven, and trusted by engineering partners as a strategic extension of their own leadership.
