Position Purpose:
The Lead Decision Analyst within Services Online Analytics serves as a data strategy consultant and senior analytical partner for the Home Services online portfolio. This role works cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX, Merchants, Marketing, and Data Engineering/Science teams to evaluate the success of web content upgrades, design experimentation frameworks, design/maintain analytics pipelines and deliver actionable insights that reduce customer friction and grow the online lead-generation funnel.
This role puts on a Product Manager hat for analytics — defining what analytical solutions are needed for the problems being solved, not just executing requests. The Lead Analyst partners closely with the Analytics Engineer to define pipeline architecture on Dataform, collaborates with Data Science/Engineering to ensure robust and accurate data pipelines, and mentors Senior Analysts and Analysts on the team.
