Position Purpose:
The Sr Analyst, Supplier Operations serves as a vital technical and operational partner driving the success of online merchandising and marketplace operations. Combining expert-level data analytics with hands-on supplier support, this role leverages SQL and Google BigQuery to navigate massive, complex item datasets, optimize fulfillment configurations (Ship-to-Customer and Ship-to-Store), and execute key data strategies for major system rollouts, including Mirakl.
Beyond backend data mastery, the Senior Analyst acts as a primary operational liaison for external partners—managing ticketing workflows, troubleshooting complex system issues, and empathetically resolving high-stakes supplier escalations. Partnering closely with Merchandise Planning Managers and Online Merchants, you will translate enterprise-scale data into actionable business solutions, drive process efficiencies, and elevate overall supplier engagement to maximize sales and profitability.
