Position Purpose:
Lead and oversee all Corporate Security operations for assigned locations, ensuring the protection of associates, visitors, assets, and facilities. Implement strategic security programs and operational objectives involving personnel, events, and physical locations. Provide leadership and oversight for security incident response, investigations, emergency management, access control, and workplace violence prevention efforts.
Serve as the primary security advisor to site and business leaders, providing consultation on security risks, mitigation strategies, and operational planning. Develop and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, including law enforcement, emergency services, and private sector partners, to support a safe and secure operating environment. Ensure compliance with Corporate Security policies, standards, training programs, and best practices while driving continuous improvement across assigned locations.
