Position Purpose:
The Manager of Data Analytics, Labor, will lead and develop a team of associates responsible for driving clarity in labor-related strategy and execution and creating data products to empower our store associates. This role will drive effective data-driven insights by leveraging advanced analytics, modeling, data visualization, and generative-AI empowered development. This position collaborates cross functionally within Store Operations, HR, Field Leadership, Finance and other areas, and is responsible for supporting the effective
utilization of our phenomenal human capital and largest controllable expense within Home Depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% - Create a strategic vision for future labor usage, models and forecasting - Provide strategic support for enterprise goals and objectives to ensure solutions that improve labor usage. Lead, develop and direct work for a team of Analysts and Sr. Analysts, providing clear direction and support for team members to navigate ambiguity while ensuring analytical output and process improvement. Drive strategic vision for understanding future labor usage and analytical capabilities. Support Enterprise strategic goals, objectives, and projects.
