Position Purpose:
The Decision Analytics Test & Learn team evaluates pilot performance and delivers data-driven insights that help advance and scale the company’s strategic objectives. The Project Leader role – successor to the Senior Analyst position – is responsible for developing analytics, translating business questions into actionable solutions, supporting ongoing analytical needs, designing new tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing end-to-end project portfolios.
Supporting initiatives across Pro, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Loyalty, this role requires strong technical and communication skills to turn complex analyses into clear insights for the business, along with a passion for continuous learning and development.
