Position Purpose:
This position provides professional legal support by assisting attorney staff with a wide range of tasks. This role will support customer and home services litigation, including consumer protection, breach of contract, construction defect, and property damage claims. It may also support attorney staff in class action, real estate, and antitrust matters.
Specialists will draft legal and business communication, participate in the administration and negotiation/resolution of pre-litigation and litigation cases, general file and database management, gather documents and respond to litigation requests, assist with regulatory filings and responses, when necessary, and respond to customer legal inquiries by involving the proper department.
