Position Purpose:
The Brand Advocate Analyst is a key business partner to strategic suppliers, internal merchants, and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a curious self-starter who thrives on uncovering insights and translating them into high-impact strategies. The Analyst will play a critical role in driving brand and category growth by analyzing performance data, understanding customer behavior, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and business performance.
In addition to developing strategic recommendations, the Analyst will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling presentations to executive-level audiences. These presentations will play a central role in aligning stakeholders, communicating insights, and driving decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. This highly collaborative role also involves coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives across internal teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable impact.
