Job Description
Texas A&M University-Victoria seeks a full-time, 12-month Director of the Career Development Center to lead career development and student employment services.
Qualifications:
- The Director will connect academic programs and student experiences with career counseling, professional development, internships, employment, and graduate opportunities from enrollment through graduation and beyond. Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director of Student Success, this position will oversee career programming, employer engagement, job development and potential placement, student employment, and career resources while managing departmental budgets and supporting student and alumni career success. Prior experience advising college students and familiarity with programs like Handshake, EAB Navigate, and Slate are desirable.
