Job Description
BJC Health's Administrative Fellowship - Planning & PMO Track (based in Kansas City) offers an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders who want to shape the future of health care. This unique program, directly overseen by the Planning and Project Management executive for BJC , offers experiences in both strategy and operations at a Regional and Enterprise level within the health system. Applications are due by September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm.
This 12-month fellowship provides opportunities to:
Support and facilitate the strategic planning process for various hospital-based, ambulatory, and clinical service line initiatives
Lead the implementation of high-priority operational projects that drive achievement of Enterprise Priorities
Gain broad exposure across a complex health system , including observing clinical operations, system-level strategy development, and shared services functions such as Finance, HR, IT, etc.
