Job Description
Saint Luke’s East Hospital (SLE) is looking for an ideal candidate to fill our Pharmacy Operations Manager position.
This position, in tandem with the Pharmacy Director, supports the day-to-day operations, automation, technology, financial, regulatory, safety, and process improvement of the inpatient pharmacy as well as our hospital-based infusion center. The manager will lead, coach and develop approximately 25 employees which are a mix of pharmacy technicians, interns and nurses. The manager will have the opportunity to support the pharmacy admin APPE student rotation(s). The manager will be involved in BJC Health system projects as needed. We
have been able to create a great team of pharmacy staff and are looking forward to bringing someone in to continue to lead and support our team in a patient centered way. Prior hospital pharmacy experience is required and prior leadership experience preferred. This position requires pharmacist license in both Missouri and Kansas(or eligible).
