The primary Role of the Cylinder Shop Manager is to plan and prepare schedules for completing the repair of hydraulic cylinders and to manage the workforce to meet this schedule. This position will collaborate with various departments to develop a master schedule and establish lead times of each operation to meet specific customer needs. Excellent organizational skills as well as professional communication with all stakeholders is key the success of this position.
Primary Responsibilities: Plans and complete master schedule for Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs from start (sales inquiry) to finish (shipping to customer)
Updates customer through customer chosen line of communication (email, phone, face to face, sales interface)
Analyzes repair specifications and data and performs calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements for the schedule.
