Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
How would you like to be the person who makes a Marine Corps program office actually run? Working on-site at Quantico with the Program Manager, Deputy, APMs, and Team Leads, you will run the operations rhythm — weekly program meetings, action items, metrics, and the weekly schedule the portfolio works from. Nothing on this contract moves without the operations cadence you own. You will be visible to program leadership every single week.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):: Provide operations management support coordinating with the PM, DPM, APMs, and Team Leads.
