The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining Pratt Miller's facilities, building systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This position performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and general facility upkeep across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
The Maintenance Technician works independently and collaboratively to support facility operations while responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
