Who we are looking for We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning, Vice President who will help to lead and mature the organization's strategic workforce planning capability by connecting workforce planning, analytics, financial planning, governance, and business decision-making.
Why this role is important to us
In this role, you would partner across HR, Finance, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to consult on workforce planning routines, produce actionable insights, maintain operating standards, and support adoption of consistent workforce planning practices across the organization.
What you will be responsible for
Lead and support recurring workforce planning activities, including enterprise planning routines, forecasting, scenario planning, capacity planning, and workforce risk discussions.
