Job Summary:

As the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, you work with staff to ensure appropriate training , compliance with regulatory standards and with ProMedica standards and policies.

You coordinate staff schedules, daily assignments, and operational changes with staff pharmacists and technicians.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
• 5 years hospital pharmacy experience
• Registered P harmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of practice or license eligible
• PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• Advanced degree ( Masters in business or health care related field)
• BLS
