This position will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive transportation funding strategy for capital improvement and road bond programs. Responsibilities include continuously monitoring federal, state, regional, and discretionary funding opportunities; evaluating project eligibility and competitiveness; leading grant application development; coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and other funding partners; and managing post-award compliance, reporting, and reimbursement activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation funding, infrastructure grants, transportation planning, or public sector program delivery, with a proven track record of securing and administering major grant awards and advancing complex, multi-agency transportation initiatives.
