Summary
Position is typically dedicated to a Dispatcher who exhibits exemplary dispatch skills within an account or location, with the intent to take on more responsibility. The incumbent ensures that productivity and operational goals are met in order to deliver customer satisfaction. - Essential Functions
- Serves as a Lead Dispatchers to help guide/answer any questions throughout the course of the shift
