Summary
The Mobile Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while interacting and scheduling appointments with customers, by answering calls and scheduling appointments with customers , and following up by using phone, text message and email while ensuring attention to detail. The Mobile Service Coordinato r will be responsible taking inbound calls and making out-boundi ng calls to customers and assigning scheduled work to technicians.
