0-3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or equipment operation experience
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment processes
Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions
Strong focus on safety and operational excellence
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay Range: $15.00 - $23.79 -
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
