Job Posting:
Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Distribution Center Warehouse Trainer in our facility located in Brookshire, TX!. If you have experience training /safety or coaching in a distribution center or warehouse environment, this is the position for you!
Position Summary
This position is a key role within the distribution center. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position will oversee the onboarding and training processes for new hires and cross-training associates within all aspects of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Shift - Monday - Friday / 9am - 530pm
- Leads initial orientation and discusses overall training schedule
