About the role:
The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This job has two halves, and we need someone who's genuinely good at both. Half the time, you're running the floor — receiving, storage, inventory, equipment, safety, the whole operation. The other half, you're the bridge between our hourly associates and the leadership team: the person associates trust enough to bring their questions and concerns to, and the person leadership counts on to turn the big picture into what actually happens on the shift.
