About Us: doola's Formation API lets platforms and partners white-label our core business formation product, embedding it directly into their own customer journey. We're scaling this motion aggressively and we're hiring full-cycle Account Executives to build and close pipeline from the ground up. This is a 0-to-1 hunting role: no pre-built playbook, no fed leads waiting for you.

You'll be sourcing your own outbound pipeline, running the full sales cycle, and helping define what a repeatable, scalable outbound motion looks like for a brand-new product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage your own outbound pipeline against assigned target verticals (fintech, AI/creator platforms, legal tech and accounting services, and more)
• Run full-cycle sales calls, from first outreach through discovery, demo, objection handling, and close
• Close a minimum of 3 API deals per month, with upside for landing higher-value contracts
• Document what messaging, verticals, and objections convert, contributing directly to a playbook the company will use to scale this motion
• Shadow inbound calls early on to accelerate ramp, then operate independently
• Use AI tools to speed up research, list-building, and outreach rather than working purely manually
• Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, including a genuine self-sourced outbound component, not purely inbound-fed leads
• Demonstrated experience closing deals in the $5,000–$20,000+ range
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of your daily workflow
• A proactive, hunter mentality, you test new approaches when pipeline goes quiet rather than waiting for direction
• Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook or quota benchmark
• Bonus Qualifications
• Experience selling into SMB or early-stage startup accounts (1–50 employees) rather than purely enterprise
• Experience in a partnership, API, or platform-sales motion
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup building a new sales GTM motion from scratch
